We have worked in this industry in various capacities and for many of the corporate giants over the past few decades. After which we decided the industry needed a change. Having corporate based companies dictate the level of customer service that was able to be given or maintained was not our idea of what customers needed. We decided we were going to improve on what had been done in the industry already and start by “Raising Standards” of what customers should expect. We have taken it back to the basics of great customer service, with a flare of the new age of technology reporting.
We have come from various sides of the business; management, sales, parts, field service and technical support. After being involved in other organizations we came to the conclusion that all we needed to do to succeed was to put the customer first and everything will fall into place from there. We believe we provide the best possible customer service in the industry, always looking for the correct solution to a customer’s crane needs. We have been able to be successful by doing a few key things; listening to the customer, being proactive in our approach, and communicating in a timely fashion.
We here at CraneTech Inc. feel that every move has been precisely made with a timely response to the needs of the industry. Our growth has been attributed to our successes over the past few years and word of mouth from people we have done work for.
